Booking Policy

• Booking shall only be confirmed once part/full payment is received in advance.
• 30% advance amount is required at the time of confirmation.
• 70% balance amount is payable a minimum of 3 days prior to the departure date.

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund if cancellation is made 14 days prior to the departure date, exclusive of GST.
• 30% cancellation charges if cancellation is made between 14 to 3 days prior to the departure date. Alternatively, the full amount can be transferred to any upcoming short event within the next two months. It cannot be transferred to another participant.
• 70% cancellation charges if cancellation is made between 3 to 1 days prior to the departure date. Alternatively, 50% of the amount can be transferred to any upcoming short event within the next two months. It cannot be transferred to another participant.
• Fees are neither refundable nor transferable if cancellation is made less than 1 day prior to the event date.
